He has been in the county jail for over a year and his stars and transits may not be on his side.  even if he could slip out of  conviction for the brutal murder of his friend Odin Lloyd, the psychopath is facing another double murder trial in Boston.

 April 4th eclipse will be in his 12th solar house
 Nodal Midpoints at eclipse time  will align with his natal Neptune-Saturn midpoint in his 12th lunar house 10 Capricorn, and his natal Jupiter 10-48 Cancer.

At present time  his progressed Mars 18 Scorpio is captured in the progressed nodal midpoint,  progressed Mars is flanked by P Sun and P Pluto and is in the 12th house of P Sun.
 So lots of 12th house continued imprisonment in his stars conviction or not.

His last Solar Return  has Rahu and Lillith in his 12th Solar house.

 His 2 accomplices  didn't talk and the murder weapons were never recovered  but there is a mountain of circumstantial evidence that should convince the jury of his guilt. The other 2 are also facing trials soon.
 Around the time of the murder, Hernandez  got a $40 ,000,000 contract + signing bonus and endorsement deals worth another $10 Million. 50 Million dollar jackpot ! SET FOR LIFE  at 23 .
 They didn't suspect him of the 2 previous murders in Boston until he murdered Odin Lloyd. A third victim in the Boston killings  is alive to testify.
 Hernandez  also beat a bar manager in Florida leaving him deaf in one ear. College team mate Tim Tebow stopped Hernandez that night.  Hernandez also shot another friend Alexander Bradley in the head ,leaving him for dead. Bradley lived.

What a difference  between Tebow and Hernandez who were college team mates.
Hernandez serial killer, Tebow building hospitals  for the poor that save lives. Tebow may soon be back in the NFL on the gridiron again. Aaron can watch him from prison.

Unlike the diabolical Manson who never knew mainstream success, Hernandez was a proven winner  with the discipline – and Venus-Saturn-Uranus-Neptune in Capricorn – to earn a rich professional paycheck.

And, he was also a killer thug, indulging the dark side of his natal Sun-Mercury-Mars-Pluto in Scorpio.

It’s hard for me to fathom how Hernandez allowed this ‘split personality’ to happen. Maybe his is a cautionary tale about the lines that a young 20-something with lots of money can so easily cross.

The Albert King song, Born Under A Bad Sign  comes to mind when glancing at his chart.
 Of course like many charts we see strength and weakness etc.
 What jumps out of this chart is the Sun Pluto conjunction, maybe good  for sports aggression needed to win but these are also a malefic combo.
 The real corker is Lilith  sitting in the Jaws of the Dragon at birth. Right in the Natal Nodal Midpoint.
 Lots of civil suits are filed against him for the 3 guys he shot in Boston , for Odin Lloyd and Alexander Bradley, another friend  Aaron shot in the head and left for dead. Bradley survived.
 His girlfriend may get booted out of the Million $ home soon. His lawyer bills are huge too.
 He  got life with no possible parole. He will next face trial for the Shawmut Ave Murders in Boston. He shot 3,  two  died.

Another point of interest, all the planets are in  one hemisphere of the Nodes making a Kala Sarpa Yoga, said to be a sinful yoga.

His Indirect Resource star or god is Yang Earth.  There is one Yang Earth in the Dog, and one Yang Earth in the Snake.  The year 2006, the year his father died, was the year of the Dog.  So here is another Yang Earth.  When he turned 19, he began his 10-year luck cycle comprised of Yang Water Monkey.  The Monkey contains another Yang Earth.  The year 2012 was the year of the Dragon, and the Dragon contains another Yang Earth.  This was the year of the Boston double homicide in which Hernandez was later indicted on murder charges. And the year 2013 was the year of the Snake, which contains another Yang Earth.  This was the year of the Miami shooting lawsuit, and the year that Odin Lloyd was murdered.

So let's count all the Yang Earths.  One, two, three, four, five, six.  Now that's an "overwhelming amount."  And depending upon his time of birth, his hour pillar may contain even one or two more Yang Earths.

Mercury combust ?  I have my doubts , lots of Vedic Astrologers would say Mercury combust but Natal Sun   Mercury are 2 degrees   apart.
Sun and Mercury in same sign is a signal for intelligence.
 I suspect the serious Mercury combustion is the Superior exact conjunction of Sun   Mercury  at the same close latitude of the planetary path.  Inferior conjunctions can have these planets a few degrees apart in latitude.

Moon is the mind, do you think Saturn  the Moons house lord 12 houses from the Moon may have disturbed his mind ? Saturn is with Neptune in the 12th Lunar house , so may have to do with his drinking and drugging and there impact on his mind.

His two rat buddies will soon be tried and I think they will easily be convicted. Aaron's Boston trial should be interesting, finger prints may tell who was in his car that night, it was garaged after the Shawmut Ave shooting.

Even if one argues that Mercury is not combust, it is conjunct the malefic Sun and malefic Mars in his Jyotisha natal chart.  And most jyotishis argue that if Mercury is conjunct a malefic, Mercury itself becomes malefic.

Also, there is no Kala Sarpa Yoga, since retrograde Jupiter is outside the Nodes.

Saturn in the 12th from the Moon creates an Anapha yoga, and interestingly, Dr. K.S. Charak wrote, among other things, that this can indicate a person to be "inclined towards forbidden pursuits."

According to K.N. Rao, mental illness can be seen by examining the 5th House significators in the Jyotisha natal chart.  Since we do not have his birth time, we can look at the 5th House from the Moon, known as Chandra lagna, as a secondary option. 

The 5th House from the Capricorn Moon is Taurus.  There are no planets there, however, this 5th House is aspected by two malefics, Mars and Rahu.  The 5th House lord from Chandra lagna, Venus, is conjunct malefic Saturn in the 12th from the Moon.  Venus also receives an aspect from retrograde Jupiter, which also is not good, according to K.N. Rao.

Additionally, many jyotishis claim that when Rahu is conjunct the Moon, the likelihood of the development of paranoia is quite high.

Got my doubts about Braha's position on combustion, but I'll try to keep an open mind.

Mercury was conjunct the Sun the day of the deadly attack on the Taj Hotel  in Bombay/Mumbai.
 Can't remember if it was a superior or inferior conjunction. Mercury combust !
