Notes: Mars transits over Rahu, which is not ideal for anyone, anywhere; and Sun and Mercury are conjunct, which is not ideal for Aries, Virgo, Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces rising signs. It may be better to lay low, get extra rest, and expect less this week. Watch for news about police and military activity.
In the chart for President Trump, (June 14, 1946 at 10:54 a.m., Jamaica, NY) transit Jupiter is under the 5th aspect of his natal Rahu until mid-Sept. Transit Saturn is closely conjunct his natal Ketu through Oct. And, transit Rahu aspects his natal Ketu – while transit Ketu aspects his natal Rahu through mid-Nov. (and vice versa in both cases).
These slow-moving transits suggest extreme stress and massive problems for President Trump.

WHERE THE (VEDIC ASTROLOGY) PLANETS ARE THIS WEEK:
Sun transits its own sign, Leo, from 07:07 to 13:53°. This should be helpful for leaders, physicians, administrators and governments. (Except for those with other transit afflictions in their charts, such as President Trump.) Sun is closely conjunct Mercury until August 29. Aries, Libra and Aquarius rising signs should be careful and patient, as Mercury rules their 6th, 12th and 8th (inauspicious) houses.
Moon is waxing and transits Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and into Sagittarius. Moon, in Libra, is under the 9th aspect of Ketu, August 25th. (This is good for spiritual practices.) Moon, in Sagittarius, is under the 5th aspect of Rahu, August 30th. (Watch your emotional state and be careful with crowds and volatile people.)
Mars transits out of its debilitation sign, Cancer, and into Leo, August 26th at 8:59 p.m. CDT. Mars is closely conjunct the northern (ecliptic) node of the Moon, Rahu, until Sept. 3rd. There may be sudden and serious issues for the police, military, athletes, surgeons, construction, engineering, and property matters. Military conflict, floods, explosions, volcanoes, tornadoes and earthquakes are also possible.
Mercury transits Leo, from 12:04 to 6:10°. Mercury is closely conjunct Sun until August 29th. Virgo, Capricorn and Pisces rising sign persons should be careful and patient, as Sun rules their 12th, 8th, and 6th (inauspicious) houses, respectively.
Mercury is in retrograde motion August 12 – September 4. The adverse effects are primarily for Aries, Libra and Aquarius rising sign persons – but only when Mercury is within 5 degrees of their rising sign degree or another planet by aspect or conjunction. For other persons, the adverse effects are only when Mercury is conjunct or under the aspect of a functional malefic planet (applicable to their own charts).
Jupiter transits Virgo, from 26:30 to 27:45°. Jupiter is outside the orb of influence of other planets, which should be helpful for law, religion and education. Aries, Libra, and Aquarius rising sign persons, however, should be careful and patient as Jupiter is transiting their 6th, 12th, and 8th (inauspicious) houses, respectively – until September 11th.
Venus transits Cancer, from 03:32 to 11:53°. Venus is outside the orb of influence of other planets, but is co-dependent on the strength of its dispositor (landlord), the fast-moving and frequently weak or afflicted Moon. Be patient with women, the arts, luxuries, entertainment, and transportation.
Saturn transits Scorpio, from 27:04 to 27:06°. The adverse effects are primarily for Cancer, Virgo and Pisces rising signs – whenever Saturn is within 5 degrees of the person’s rising sign degree (in any house), or another planet by conjunction or aspect. Saturn comes out of retrograde motion on Aug. 25th at 6:13 a.m. CDT.
Saturn remains in Scorpio until October 26th. Aries, Gemini, and Sagittarius rising sign persons should be careful and patient as Saturn is in their 8th, 6th, and 12th (inauspicious) houses, respectively.
Saturn is under the 5th aspect of Rahu until Nov. 6 and is weak in degrees until Dec. 12th. This is not helpful for the elderly, the poor and needy, and working-class persons. Watch for issues relative to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, as well as for immigration, agriculture, manufacturing, health care, the environment, and the oil, gas and minerals industries.
In the SAMVA chart/horoscope* for USA, Saturn’s transit causes serious issues relative to debts, setbacks, accidents, health and legal issues and even deathlike experiences through October. Be vigilant, take care of your family, and avoid stressful people and situations. *Systems’ Approach to Mundane Astrology.
Rahu and Ketu transit Leo and Aquarius, respectively, from 00:06 to 00:03°. Rahu and Ketu are stationary in the 0°range until September 8th. Those persons with 0 – 2° rising signs or with any planet at 0 – 2° in odd signs (Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, or Aquarius) should be careful and patient. Additionally, those persons with 28 to 30° rising signs or with any planet in the 28 to 30 to 28°range in even signs (Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces (including USA) should also be careful and patient.
Whenever Rahu and Ketu are stationary for 3 months, the difficulties intensify. The 1st month the person says, “something is wrong”. The 2nd month the person says, “something is seriously wrong.” The 3rd month, the person seeks legal, medical, financial, spiritual, psychological or astrological or help. Those doing planetary remedies will have smoother sailing.

Transit Planet Effects for Each “Rising Sign” (not “Sun sign”):
Aries: Be vigilant. Lay low and do not take risks. Expect improvement next week. Take care of your children, education and investments, which are vulnerable to debts and disputes. Connect partnerships with property, vehicles and home life. Redecorate your home and consider a new car.
Taurus: Be careful with expenses, separations, retreats and long-distance ventures. Be vigilant with communications and entrepreneurial activities to avoid debts and disputes. Focus on property, vehicles and home life. Study at home and work on business and communications through Sept. 26.
Gemini: Be vigilant with income and friendships. Focus on business, technology, communications and independent projects. Connect with large or government organizations. Expect status through women, the arts, luxuries, medicine or entertainment. Use your voice. Talk to people, record an audio file, or do a commercial.
Cancer: Be vigilant in the workplace. Get a haircut and buy new clothes. There may be status through large, medical, spiritual or government organizations. Speak up as an authority figure and focus on writing, business, technology and intellectual property. Be careful to avoid debts and disputes.
Leo: Take care of property and father figures and be vigilant if traveling. Be patient with losses, expenses, and separations against entrepreneurial ventures. Take a leadership position and focus on writing, business, brokering, communications, technology and intellectual property through Sept. 26.
Virgo: Be patient with losses, expenses, insomnia, separations and international ventures. Setbacks are likely. Be vigilant to avoid accidents. Gain from family, women, the arts, luxuries, medicine, or entertainment. Lay low, get extra rest, and enjoy a retreat, vacation, or long-distance journey through Sept. 26.
Libra: Be vigilant with partnerships, joint ventures, and international projects. Focus on your career. Connect with women, the arts, medicine, luxuries and entertainment. Redecorate your work space and consider a new company car. Be patient with expenses and separations with income and friendships.
Scorpio: Be vigilant with debts, disputes and health and legal issues. Take care of father and religious figures. There may be a long-distance journey of a short duration. Take a leadership position at work and focus on business, communications, technology and intellectual property.
Sagittarius: Take care of your mind, children, education and investments. Be patient with income and friendships, but gain from research, language and knowledge. Good fortune and divine grace support your professional endeavors. Focus on business and communications through Oct.
Capricorn: Be vigilant with property, vehicles and home life. There may also be setbacks with father and religious figures, and with business, communications and self-confidence. Focus on knowledge through Sept. and income and friendships through Oct.
Aquarius: Be vigilant with communications, younger siblings, and entrepreneurial activities. Marriage, partnerships, joint ventures, and international projects are also vulnerable and subject to setbacks. It may be best to lay low. Focus on your professional life.
Pisces: Be careful before speaking and with food and intoxicants. Take care of your wealth, status and family life. Be vigilant with marriage, partnerships, joint ventures, and international projects; these are vulnerable to debts, disputes, legal and health issues. Keep a low profile.
